Appointments

	On the day	Patients can book an emergency/same day appointment by calling 020 8574 1906
	Telephone Consultations	As a result of the covid pandemic we have changed our appointment system. All GP appointments are therefore telephone consultations in the first instance followed by a video call or face to face appointment if needed.
	Nurse Appointments	The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations. Please call 020 8574 1906 to arrange an appointment.
	Book in Advance	By completing an online consultation request https://crosslandssurgery.webgp.com All online consultation requests are responded to by the end of the next working day.
	Out of Hours	If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call 111.
	Online Services	Patients can book appointments up to 2 weeks in advance using our online booking system.

	Online	You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services.
	In Person	Fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the red post box outside the surgery entrance.
	Post	If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied your prescription can be returned via Royal Mail. Find our postal address.

Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be processed.
